Coaching
My coaching qualification is from Performance Consultants and I'm an Association of Coaching member. The GROW model helps identify opportunities for growth and I coach Positive Intelligence®️ (used by Google) to give individuals and teams the mental fitness to navigate the change curve to lasting performance.
Consulting
Optimising the selling and forecasting processes is my core skill. Co-creating a 'playbook' for your business and embedding it in Hubspot or Salesforce and within a sales 'Operating Rhythm'. If you need to show traction or enter a new market I can help you find product-market fit and target sales and marketing efforts at the right audience.
Doing
From lead generation to renewals I can 'carry a bag', mentor or lead the team. I use SPIN, Sandler, Challenger, Force Management and Negotiation Skills (Harvard) to release potential and value. My approach is consultative and optimised for more complex selling. Predictability requires a range of deal sizes, my largest to-date is $8 figures.
